The old system is being transferred to this new improved online map approval system,
you can start registration (Creation of login ID’s) on this portal to use this system.
However the start of online submission will be intimated in next communication, after that the citizens shall start submitting their building plans for approval using created login ID.
Citizen who have already applied using old system are requested to make the pending
payments till 04 December 2017. After this date all files with status as ‘DRAFT’
or ‘PAY NOW’ for new submission will be removed. However, the files currently in
progress will be disposed off from old system itself.
However, hands on training for PreDCR are running in MDDA. Architect may attend
the training session 11 am to 4 pm on any working day.
